The Yoga @ Work Program
Employee Health and Wellness
A Cooperative Effort
Stress, fatigue, lack of morale – all of these can lead to lower productivity and higher absenteeism and workplace injuries. Research shows that employee wellness programs are one of the best preventive measures for improving employee health. The best wellness programs tend to be a cooperative effort between the employer and employee.
