Jesse’s classes combine a relaxed, comfortable ambiance with a challenging yet joyful practice. His soft humour, deep insight into yogic philosophy, and passion for yoga all come across to create a class experience that is expanding in both mind and body – and a lot of fun at the same time. Jesse has studied many different forms of yoga. His teaching is influenced by the Kripalu, Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Anusara styles of yoga as well as the ideas of Vanda Scaravelli, Mukunda Stiles, Mark Whitwell, and many Buddhist teachers. Jesse has experienced the transformational power of yoga and is dedicated to sharing it with the world.
