STARTING YOGA (Beginner)
Starting Yoga classes are for beginners and for those wanting a refresher on the basics.

ENJOYING YOGA (Multi-Level)
Enjoying Yoga classes are open to those who have completed at least two 12-week Starting Yoga (Beginner) series or who have equivalent prior yoga experience with any certified teacher, at the teacher’s discretion. Students are guided into the first stage of a posture and then into gradually deeper stages of the posture so that each person can practice at the level appropriate to her/his own body.

Gentle Yoga classes are for seniors, those dealing with health issues, or just feeling sore.

Deepen your practice. Learn to feel subtle body sensations to increase ease, joy and insight.

Learn to deeply relax. Restorative Yoga invites you into supported postures designed to help you truly let go. Treat your mind and body to end-of-the-week relaxation.

Register with a partner or friend for a great way to relax together, build intimacy and improve communication; open to duos of all kinds.

We are honoured to offer this class taught by Patricia Dewar PhD who brings almost 20 years of experience and a keen eye to helping students keep the mind in the body so asanas can arise from the inside out. Learn to feel subtle body sensations to increase ease, joy and insight. Explore some of the more advanced poses and also meet well-known postures in a new way.
