New to Joos Yoga?
Here is all you need to know:
 

1. Check the Schedule & Choose a Class
All our classes are suitable for all levels of practicioners. If this is your first time attending a yoga class great places to start are the Jivamukti Basics and Basics classes: times available on the schedule.

   
 

2. Come To Class a Little Early
The studio is open 15 minutes before class. Come a little early so you can get set up and get comfortable. If you are coming to your first class you can fill out a little form.  Doors close and classes begin on time! ... Don't be late!

3. What To Bring
We have mats & tonnes of props. You may like to bring a towel
& a water bottle.

4. In Class
Please leave anything that will distract you or your fellow classmates with your bags and jackets. Cell phones & pagers must be turned off and left in the cubbies or your car, and are not permitted in the studio class space.
