Is Yoga for Me?

Yoga is for everyone!

For people who work on the computer, it releases shoulder and neck tension; it helps athletes keep doing what they love; and walkers find new spring and balance in their step.

Yoga can be adapted to any body, at any age and any fitness level. It is for women and men, adults and children.

The key is to discover the adaptations you need, for your body. You’ll be asked to fill out a detailed health form and to let your instructor know about any changing or chronic conditions, injuries or concerns.
